25% on first   $2,000.                                                       If necessary, accounts forwarded to our Attorneys
20% over       $2,000.                                                       will be charged our Standard/Minimum commission.

50%          $0. - $200.                                                       Should a lawsuit be recommended and authorized, our
$100.    $201. - $400.                                                       Standard Commission will apply. In addition, clients are 
                                                                                         responsible for court costs and any additional attorney fees.
Second Assignment Commission                   (These costs and fees will be outlined and included

These commission charges apply to 
accounts previously assigned for collection
