COVID-19 Update - 3/23/2020

As a valued partner, we wanted to share the actions we have taken to protect our employees and ensure we can deliver uninterrupted service and support as we navigate through the COVID-19 virus.

The safety and security of our employees and their families are paramount, as is meeting the needs of our customers.

We are following all sanitary and safety protocols. We have implemented additional sanitation and cleaning protocols in our office and offered team members options for flexible working hours, including the option to work remotely. We currently have several employees working remotely and do have the capabilities for all employees to work remotely if necessary.

Over the past several weeks, we have put a plan in place and are confident, should our office be compromised, we will be able to continue providing uninterrupted service.

Rest assure, our team understands these extraordinary times and are sensitive to businesses and communities affected and will conduct themselves in a professional manner as you would expect.

In addition, our team has maintained regular direct and indirect communications with state and federal regulators to receive up-to-the-minute guidance on industry-relevant orders and emergency regulations,

Lastly, our thoughts certainly go out to the individuals, businesses, and communities affected. We want to wish you, your families, and teams the very best.
